Crafted with 100% Japanese glutinous rice and stone-ground Uji matcha, this snack features a crispy monaka wafer shell enhanced with roasted rice puffs ("bubu arare"). It’s a luxurious treat that brings together tradition, craftsmanship, and flavor in every bite.

Gokan is a renowned patisserie based in Kitahama, Osaka, with all shops located exclusively in the Kansai region. Guided by the theme of "Nature and Love," Gokan creates heartfelt confections using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced Japanese ingredients.
